A signed contract along with a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all wedding bookings and no time slot can be held without both these items. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings a minimum of 3 services must be booked. Remaining balance of invoice is due 3 days prior to the event. If balance is not received 3 days prior to the event, the booking will opened for other clients.
A travel fee $1/mile applies for on location services outside a 30 mile round trip from 78732 please contact me for a custom quote. If you require wedding day services to start prior to 8:00a a$100/hr per artist will apply. If the an assistant artist is needed to expedite applications, a fee of $100 will apply. Additional services requested the day of the event are at the complete discretion of the artist and will be completed after all booked services if there is time. For your convenience, an industry standard 20% gratuity will be added to all on-site services.
